GET READY FOR THE CRAPPIE MASTERS NATIONAL QUALIFIER ON TRUMAN LAKE IN CLINTON, MO
Truman Lake, MO is the site for the sixth event on the Crappie Masters National Qualifier in 2024. The full field of anglers from multiple states will all have their eyes set on their piece of the $20,000.00 guaranteed purse going to our top 12 placing teams. Competition will begin on June 21sth with Championship Saturday taking place on June 22nd, 2024.
Truman Lake, MO has been a staple on the Crappie Masters National Qualifier schedule for many years hosting a summer time event. Truman Lake has been known for years of being a great summertime fishery producing many fish being caught each year. Truman Lake has a variety of great ways to catch fish and multiple arms anglers can break down throughout the week of fishing. The unique part of Truman Lake has always been the variety of ways of anglers catching tournament level fish whether it be on standing timber, open water flats or fish being stacked up on brush piles.

Once again in 2024 Clinton, MO Chamber of Commerce and Tourism is our host sponsor for this event playing a vital role in making this event a huge success for the local area and also a welcoming experience for all of our anglers.
Diving into this event June 21st & 22nd, 2024 Truman we are expecting weights from two days of fishing (10 Fish) to break the 14-15 lbs. with the potential for an even bigger two-day weight total. Truman is full of 1.20-1.40 lb fish but right now anglers are saying they are hard to come by based on practice but when you bring in a full field of the best anglers from all across the country you will always unlock the lake’s full potential!
Tournament Registration will be held at the Clinton Benson Center (ANGLERS MUST ENTER IN THROUGH THE NORTH DOORS WHERE WE WILL HAVE OUR FLAGS AND TRAILER LOCATED IN FRONT OF) with check-ins taking place from 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. with the official rules meeting beginning at 6:00 p.m.
Fishing Hours will take place from 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. and you must be returned to the weigh-in line by 3:00 p.m. Livewell checks will take place from 4:00 a.m. – 6:00 a.m. at Bucksaw Resort and Marina along with our weigh-ins being held at Bucksaw Resort and Marina Both Days!
